General Rules Of The Hotel:
Guest rooms are intended for accommodation purposes only. Any other use without authorization is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms, on beds, and in areas prone to fire hazards.
Equipment and items in guest rooms are for the use of registered guests only. Outside usage is prohibited.
Guests should not move furniture or items from their designated locations without permission.
Loud noises, shouting, or disruptive behavior in rooms or common areas that disturb other guests is prohibited.
Rooms accommodating the same guests continuously for two or more nights will be cleaned every 6 days unless otherwise requested. Hotel management reserves the right to clean rooms as necessary.
Flexible reservation conditions:
Flexible reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The cardholder should be among the guests or provide an authorization form.
Credit cards may be pre-authorized for an amount up to the total booking price. Pre-authorization is not a final payment and will be released according to the issuing bank’s rules.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in (2:00 PM local time). Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a one-night stay charge as a penalty.

Non-refundable reservation conditions:
Reservations paid in advance online with non-refundable status require a 100%,/span> deposit at the time of booking.
Any cancellation, modification, or no-show will result in no refund. The reservation is considered final.

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for any damages to rooms or property during their stay and must cover repair or replacement costs. Any pre-existing damage must be reported at check-in.
Guests must settle all charges incurred during their stay unless otherwise stated. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card to cover incidental charges (minibar, damage, extra services, etc.).
The hotel provides temporary accommodation in specified rooms, with total costs and rental conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, guests must maintain silence. Loud disturbances, including music, TV, or conversations, are prohibited. Serious violations may result in fines or police involvement if necessary.
